INTRODUCTION
Welcome to PodPak by 120 Design Studio, LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Initial designs are typically delivered within approximately one week but may take up to two weeks.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Clients are required to review designs and provide feedback within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. Prompt communication is essential for timely project completion.
LATE FEES
If projects are delayed due to client communication or feedback issues, we reserve the right to assess late fees, which will be communicated in advance.
COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT
All designs and materials created by 120 Design Studio, LLC remain the intellectual property of 120 Design Studio, LLC until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients have full rights to use the designs as agreed.

120 Design Studio, LLC represents and warrants that it is the sole creator and owner of the logos and/or graphic elements designed for the Client. 120 Design Studio, LLC holds the complete copyright interest in these works.

For valuable consideration, 120 Design Studio, LLC and the Client agree as follows:

120 Design Studio, LLC assigns to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the copyright of the works, including any registrations, applications, renewals, extensions, and associated rights worldwide.

120 Design Studio, LLC agrees to execute any documents and perform necessary acts to secure these rights for the Client.

The Client agrees that 120 Design Studio, LLC may use the works in its professional portfolio for self-promotion. No other rights are retained by 120 Design Studio, LLC.
REVISIONS
Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect client privacy and confidentiality. All information provided will be used solely for completing the project and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made through the provided payment channels. Full payment is required before the commencement of any design work.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate the project at any stage if the terms and conditions are violated or if communication and feedback are excessively delayed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
120 Design Studio, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which 120 Design Studio, LLC operates.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
